
The government of Bangladesh is set to provide free freelancing training to educated, job-seeking youth in 48 districts under the “Employment Creation through Freelancing Training for Youth in 48 Districts” project. The three-month training program, which is the third batch of this project, will be conducted by E-Learning and Earning Limited and implemented by the Department of Youth Development.
According to Project Director Md. A. Hamid Khan, the training is scheduled to run from October 1 to December 31, 2025, with a total of 600 hours of classes, 8 hours per day. To be eligible, applicants must have passed their HSC or an equivalent examination and be between 18 and 35 years of age. Online applications are open to both male and female job seekers.
